Samyang 14mm T3.1 ED AS IF UMC VDSLR for Pentax

Samyang T3.1 14mm ED AS IF UMC was developed based on the optical construction of the Samyang 14mm f2.8 ED AS IF UMC lens, while its aesthetics refers to the latest Samyang products. Light transmission ratio corresponds to T3.1 t-stop. VDSLR Samyang lenses are fitted with gears compatible with follow focus systems. This solution allows for effortless and accurate rotation of focus and aperture rings. The aperture ring is rotated smoothly and noiselessly. These modifications allow for extremely comfortable and effective control of focal plane and depth of field during filming.

This super wide-angle lens was created for cameras with either full-frame or APR-C sensor. Its optical construction is based on 14 elements arranged in 10 optical groups. The device has been fitted with one ED lens and two aspherical elements (hybrid and standard). All lenses are covered with state-of-the-art anti-reflective UMC (Ultra- Ultra Multi Coated) layers.
